Finally on the road to a healthy and happy lifestyle. Working with personal trainer has been the best move, yet. I'm learning to love life and embrace physical fitness.
Yes, even the cardio and HIIT (but not near as much as weight training, I would hang and bang all day on the free weights).

As for hobbies, I enjoy listening to all types of music ( although my favorite group is Rush). I also enjoy watching NHL hockey (Go Pens!) and playing WoW.

Connecting with friends on FS is always welcome.

Pinto Beans
My pinto beans are quite good. I prepared them in the slow cooker. One note, the ham bone made the beans very salty. Maybe I'll use turkey bacon the next time.

What's your Danger Food?
All food is dangerous, to me. My diet consists of high carbs and my portions are too large. If I could cut down my portions, that would be half the battle.

Good day,

My name is George. I am 5'8 and weight 305. I am hoping to reach a suitable weight. Somewhere around 165.
