I'm 40 years old and I live in New Jersey. I don't have a problem working out, but it's my diet that kills my weight loss goals everytime. I also know that I have to up my cardio workouts. I love lifting weights. I'll take deadlifts and incline bench presses over 30 min on the treadmill anyday.

Wii Exercise
I don't have a Wii, but my niece does. When I visit my sister, we play a cheerleader game and the Just Dance games. When we're through, I sweating and out of breath. Dancing is one way to get your body moving and have fun at the same time.

Great workout DVD!!! Cardioke
Hey guys!!!! I want to recommend a great Workout DVD. Cardioke by Billy Blanks Jr. It's a blast. It's like a dance party. The workout is so much fun. There's really cool dance moves and funky music. The DVD is so inclusive. There are people of all shapes and sizes, different races and age groups all working out together in this DVD. His wife sings a lovely inspirational song at the end during the cool down. I would highly recommend it.
