I'm 37 years old, from New Jersey, 5'4, 269lbs. I don't have a problem working out, but it's my diet that kills my weightloss goals everytime. . I also know that I have to up my cardio workouts. I love lifting weights. I'll take deadlifts and incline bench presses over 30 min on the treadmill anyday.
