I'm 40 years old and I live in New Jersey. I don't have a problem working out, but it's my diet that kills my weight loss goals everytime. I also know that I have to up my cardio workouts. I love lifting weights. I'll take deadlifts and incline bench presses over 30 min on the treadmill anyday.
