My workouts are still going well. I leave the gym drenched in sweat. Im not afraid to train hard. I have to be ready for the Zombie Apocalypse. Have you seen World War Z, 28 Days later or 28 WEEKS later? Those zombies are fast. I gotta
be ready. Right now, I think I could only run away from the Walking Dead Zombies. They're pretty slow. :)

Workouts have been pretty consistent since last week. I just have to keep it this way. I'm usually good for about a week or so and then I find a reason to stop going to the gym. I'm really thinking about taking a crossfit class. They look brutal, but I think it would be fun to push myself. Plus , have you seen the bodies of some the Crossfit athletes. They are ripped!!! If I had a 6 pack, every shirt I own would be midriff top. My abs would be on display at the grocery store, work. Human Resources would have to get involved because I would wear midriff suits to work. :)
