Do U Use P90X?????
Hey Out there!!!

So I am thinking of purchasing the p90x program. Here's the thing mostly to get real fit and those nice abs.Smile First about five years ago I was a member of the Beachbody world and loved it and am sooo sad it isnt what it used to be...so i have done in the past p90...slim6...doing Hip Hop Abs...Yoga...and although all are great...I am tired of not getting the Tone I want!

So I am reaching out here to get your thoughts and/or feelings about the program. Yes I can still get info off the BB site...however I need other opinion too.

I guess if you are using here are my questions:
1. How long have u been using the program?
2. What to u really think of it?
3. How strict is it? food wise?
4. Any other info would be awesome.

Thanks
Niki

Looking for a buddie
Hi...time becomes one of my biggest excuses...i work full time...single mom of 3 kids...boys...and forget about it when its baseball season...You must pen it in tho....Make the time for yourself...i use to write it on a calendar...so everyone knew...strangely enough the little ones would workout with me, of course at that time they were 1 & 3...but they just wanted their mommy...and it became fun for them...Not to say i am perfect...i have been out of excercising for a long time...and have just jumped on the wagon again...but again I have a calendar and its only been a couple of days...but they know at that time i MUST put that in...and then we can resume to what their needs are. Maybe you should break it up...15 mins morning, 15 mins at night...find what works for you! Good luck!

You know guys...I never seen this post...With all the illness in the home...no laptop for a week...Man am I far behind.

I live in Rotterdam, New York...Upstate about 30 mins from Albany...I guess the biggest thing going on here in they are redoing downtown Schenectady...10 mins from me...It has gotten run down over the years...and the last couple years they are revitalizing it..Millions and millions of dollars being spent...and it is looking beautiful.

Are you BORN TO BE WILD?? --->Challenge!
I have been stretching every morning and night about 20 minutes since the challenge started. I decided to put in an old yoga tape I had and use that as my guide to stretching...and I haven't done that tape in about 5 years, so it definitely needed dusting off. I forgot how much I miss it! I notice in the morning it gets me moving...I am half a sleep when doing it...and it helps me to wake up, before my day starts. At night, I have realized how relaxing it can be especially to wind down after a long day of work and raising 3 active boys and every day life. It clears my head, allows me to climb into bed, and drift away in la la land.

I haven't been able to record everyday..as some know...my monitor on my laptop at home went blackEvil or Very Mad So I can only sneak on at work...So although I may not get credit for everyday...definitely wanted to help out my fellow teammates and post this morning...while no one can see meVery Happy Soooo Shhhhhh...don't tell anyone one I posted! GO RED!!!!
