I'm a middle age man, married for 18 years, have 3 kids.
When I was in my late 20's early 30's I was very active physically. I would bike ride, play basketball, do self defense, be a handyman for work, and do jobs on the side.
I hurt my knee and its been almost been down hill since. I've gained about 50 lb. I lost track. but by joining this site I hope to get on a health track of some kind.

The Scale Game
I do the same exact thing! I usually weigh myself 3 times, moving the scale in 3 different spot and then on top of that sometimes in addition to that I may jump on the Wii Fit scale, then average it all out and that is my weigh Smile lol
I thought I was the only one who did that, that is why I had to add my little 2 cents here. Wink

Help, I'm a newbie
Thank you Bullytrouble for the input and encouragement . I will look into the South Beach diet.
Since I'm fairly new to this dieting I'm just ,for now, going to be conscientious about what I eat,not indulge and try to eat the right foods along with exercising.
I will keep you guys posted
Thanks again

Work
Hi guys,

My occupation is residential maintenance so I am physically active most of the day.
How do I record that in my Exercise Calender?
or I have to do an official aerobic exercise everyday to be inputed?
