The Fat Flush is really good - it cleans your system and you lose weight.
I'm on a calorie controlled diet - 1250 a day - just started yesterday. In a month I am doing the Fat Flush.
Good luck

I think the top two diets here are usually weight watchers and the south beach diet. You have to find one that seems will work for you. For me, south beach is the best and I've tried many others. I do not get board on south beach. I am able to re-make a recipe and turn a not so good for you meal into a healthy meal by making a few changes to make it healthy. There is a ton of great support here and the south beach group is really amazing! You have to find one that works for you and your lifestyle. I recommend getting a book on the ones that interest you the most and feel free to ask us questions! We have tons of great ideas and recipes and more! Good luck choosing a plan and being successful!!
I have my own personal, vacation weeks for sale in Mexico!! Feel free to email me for more info... $700 for 2adults, 2 children, 7 nights!! =D

Thank you Bullytrouble for the input and encouragement . I will look into the South Beach diet.
Since I'm fairly new to this dieting I'm just ,for now, going to be conscientious about what I eat,not indulge and try to eat the right foods along with exercising.
I will keep you guys posted
Thanks again
