I'm a 32 y/o stay at home mom. This is my 100th time back on Atkins but this time I am focused and determined. Its a little differnt this time and I don't notice the weight comin off as fast as it did before I had my daughter (BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO 30's lol) I do feel better though and I notice my energy level rising. I do not have a weight goal. I just want to get to a size where I am healthy and can fit into clothes from NON plus size stores. LOL

I'm looking forward to chatting with other low carb dieters, as I spend so much time in random forums coming up w/ new ideas and new ways to keep LC lifestyle interesting.

Tired of meat, nuts, eggs and cheese
Also, be careful w/ the flaxseed meal. I believe it is 100% fiber. If not, its very close. Drink plenty of water or you'll be constipated. And start slow, approx 2 TBSP/day, because it will make you VERY regular, if you know what I mean lol.

I'd look into getting some flaxseed meal. There are so many extremely low carb recipies you can find using flaxseed meal, including crackers, bread, pizza crust, oatmeal, etc..... Its also a great for getting in your fiber and Omega 3s
