3/4 serving original cream cheese
1/2 serving ranch dressing marzetti
2 servings sugar free jell-o

now that i have been and will be seeing docs regularly , i intend to weigh in at each visit only..that way i dont obssess at home about anything...thats a downfall for me..so...will keep ya posted as i go along o.0

also, if you are close to goal, your progress will slow down significantly and there really isnt anything you can do about that. Just keep being persistent and you will get there!!! Slow and steady wins the race!!!

sugar-free products impact weight loss ?
as for the cheese, i am try hard everyday to cut down.

HELP ME CLEAN UP MY DIET EVERYONE, PLEASE !

Your diet was pretty good. Atkins says no more than 3 servings of artificial sweeteners daily. You had 2 servings jello, 1 serving sugar free coffee mate and gum. Just gotta be careful. You really are doing great!!

Adriana is right. A lot of people dont realize we're only allowed 3 sweetners a day. They also cause sugar cravings in some people. Exercise will definitely help too.
