At first glance I noticed a few things that could slow down your progress. You might be eating a little too much cheese. Then you are taking in too much sugar free products. Hope this helps

also, if you are close to goal, your progress will slow down significantly and there really isnt anything you can do about that. Just keep being persistent and you will get there!!! Slow and steady wins the race!!!

Your diet was pretty good. Atkins says no more than 3 servings of artificial sweeteners daily. You had 2 servings jello, 1 serving sugar free coffee mate and gum. Just gotta be careful. You really are doing great!!

Adriana is right. A lot of people dont realize we're only allowed 3 sweetners a day. They also cause sugar cravings in some people. Exercise will definitely help too.

Yes, sugar free Jello. It is actually made with sweeteners despite them touting it as sugar free. Sowwy.

Addicted to Coffee with creamer every morning!
I figure one addiction at a time. Creamers are a small deal, so don't get rid of them until you food addiction is under control. Just don't add a third real addiction such as sugar.
