Encouragement and accountability are the only requirements. NO crash dieting, starvation, plastic surgery (unless medically necessary), or diet pills. Just good old fashioned hard work and friends to motivate us as we work towards our goal!

I work nights as well in a hospital. It is hard to flip schedules and eat healthy. I have been trying to bring my lunch instead of eating fast food on the way to work and eating what I bring instead ...
