performance: losing 3.2 lb a week
Well where do i start. I am from south Louisiana and of course the food is way too yummy to pass. :) Lots of fried foods, poboys, seafood(which is good if not fried. hehe), gumbos, and stews. And it don't help that my DH is from Honduras so there are lots of tortillas, beans,and yummy fried plaintains and green bananas! So how can anyone lose weigh with all the very delicious temptations around? It is almost IMPOSSIBLE!! But I will try and do my best to pass all the goodies and eat more veggies and fruits.
UPDATE: On February 12, 2011 i had a beautiful 6lb baby girl. My weight got up to 288 with all the fluid and baby. After about a two weeks after having her i dropped 25 lb. So now life is a little hectic with the little one and trying to find good picks to eat is a little challenging! Haven't lost much since then.. Been eating way too bad and time to get in the mode and have lots of motivation from all ya'll wonderful people
