I have been over weight all my life...done all the tests in early childhood to see if I am normal...I am lucky I have no health problems except my weight I even have low blood presure...I think my highest weight was 400+lbs but I am not sure because the doctor's scale went only to 320lbs..I got gastric bypass 12 yrs ago, lost over 150lbs but since my first child I gained weight...
About a year ago my scale started going on the fritz.It took forever to get another. Now I got one agian, hopefully it won't go fritzy again.

I am the head chef at a local community center. I do the meals on wheels for the elderly in my area and I also have a dining room 2 times a week. I am mostly on my feet, cooking cutting....anything to do with cooking. I am not hungry at work. I start at 7am but usually eat around 10am. Then I usually don't eat till I get home and supper is made and I am relaxing...usually around 7pm....It should be easy to keep my cals down but I eat high cal food and my weekness is coke I am totally addicted to it. I am back and will stay on track take it one day at a time.

I just did a wiegh in with my wii it's been 1 and 1/2 years and it's a 40lb difference with my home scale... I don't understand.

I am from Montreal. I am going shopping soon in upstate NY or Vermont. I want to buy some clothes for me and my DH, but I don't know any plus size stores down there and where. Any help will help thank you Smile

I can't wait till it gets nice enough that I don't have to put the snow suit on Zachary(1yr), but yesterday I couldn't take it anymore. The kids were driving me crazy(march break), I couldn't think with all there arguing. We played indoor games, watched movies but nothing worked. I dressed the baby and dragged everyone outside and took a walk to the park. I didn't care what tempature it was. I was lucky it was beautiful only -6 celcius. We stayed out for an hour. Then after supper we returned to the park(without the baby) and the kids skated for an other hour. It was a blast and the kids slept till 8:30 this mourningSmile

What's Up With Pumpkin?
I do the same as Feisty174. I just finished my last bag this week. I use it to make purree soups,cakes,muffins and baby food. You can also use Butternut squash,acorn squash, spaghetti squash in place or you can use unsweetened fruit sauces.

Tilapia!! Haunting me... Help!
take some parchment lay some finely stick cut veggies(celery,carrot,red pepper,onion,leeks,etc...) salt,pepper your fav spices and herbs. put your fish on top and add a small nut of butter. Seal in the parchment and bake in a 350 oven for about 15 to 25min. Then serve with a drizzle of lemon juice. I really liked it. We made it at school with red snapper but you can make it with any fish.
