I have been over weight all my life...done all the tests in early childhood to see if I am normal...I am lucky I have no health problems except my weight I even have low blood presure...I think my highest weight was 400+lbs but I am not sure because the doctor's scale went only to 320lbs..I got gastric bypass 12 yrs ago, lost over 150lbs but since my first child I gained weight...
About a year ago my scale started going on the fritz.It took forever to get another. Now I got one agian, hopefully it won't go fritzy again.
I am the head chef at an old folks home.I am mostly on my feet, cooking cutting....anything to do with cooking. I am not hungry at work. I start at 7am but usually eat at lunch. Then I usually don't eat till I get home and supper is made and I am relaxing...usually around 7pm....It should be easy to keep my cals down but I eat high cal food and my weekness is coke I am totally addicted to it. I am back and will stay on track take it one day at a time.
