Very Large Lady: Exercise Question
It depends how much you've exercised before. I know when I first started this journey myself it was hard for me to even walk, so that was my first goal was to get comfortable enough to be able to walk again. As for exercise beyond walking I really like Leslie Sanson's "walk away the pounds" videos. There are lots to chose from in all sorts of levels. I did Atkins about 10 years a go now and used her vidoes and just walked and walked and walked and was sooooo toned and looked amazing! They aren't just walking you do basic steps in them so you are doing more moving Smile Good luck!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I was an every dayer but have decided to try weekly and see if that helps to keep me on track better, I've had a slip up this week and am trying to get back on track! Day one almost OVER Smile

I'm Dying to weigh in!!
I too weigh myself daily, I think if it's motivating and keeps you on track that's what matters...we all work differently. I bought a scale that goes up and down in .2lb increments so as long as it's going down or staying the same even I am good or know to step it up a notch...ect...eat more salad or watch what new items I've re-added to my diet, so my words of advice would be to not beat yourself up over it. I know a lot people on here say to get rid of the scale but if I didn't have one and weigh every morning before I shower I'd be eating crap and gaining more weight....I need the motivations to keep me going!!! Smile
