Single mom age 42 gained 50 lbs after weaning my daughter at age 39.
I used to do Karate 3-4x a week, jogged 2x/week, weight training and aerobics 2x/week. I weighed 130 before getting pregnant. Actually lost weight during pregnancy, my figure was fine after birth but weaning and marital disaster killed my lifestyle and figure. After my divorce and starting a new life I am ready to start losing weight.
