Hamburguesas caseras con vegetales y trigo.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remojar el trigo burgol en un bowl con agua a penas unos 3 cms por encima del trigo durante 20 minutos o hasta que absorba el agua.
  2. Picar todos los vegetales, en pequeños pedazos.
  3. Mezclar los vegetales picados con la carne picada y el trigo y "amasar" hasta incorporar todo, condimentando a gusto.
  4. Formar aproximadamente 12 - 15 bolas con el preparado y aplastarlas formando hamburguesas.
  5. Cocinar al horno o a la plancha 7 min de cada lado (aprox).
