Hamburguesas caseras con vegetales y trigo.

Directions
- Remojar el trigo burgol en un bowl con agua a penas unos 3 cms por encima del trigo durante 20 minutos o hasta que absorba el agua.
- Picar todos los vegetales, en pequeños pedazos.
- Mezclar los vegetales picados con la carne picada y el trigo y "amasar" hasta incorporar todo, condimentando a gusto.
- Formar aproximadamente 12 - 15 bolas con el preparado y aplastarlas formando hamburguesas.
- Cocinar al horno o a la plancha 7 min de cada lado (aprox).
