Arroz Blanco con Pollo y Zanahorias
Una receta suave y muy nutritiva.

Directions
- Pelar y trocear las zanahorias.
Cortar la pechuga en taquitos.
- Poner a cocer las zanahorias y la pechuga en una cazuela de agua con una cucharada de aceite y un poco de sal durante 10-15 minutos.
- Añadir el arroz y cocer durante 10-15 minutos más, hasta que tenga la consistencia adecuada. Antes de añadir el arroz debe quedar suficiente caldo para que el arroz no lo absorba todo y así quede caldoso (aproximadamente 3-4 veces la cantidad de arroz, según lo espeso que nos guste el caldo).
