Woke at 213.6, down 3.8 from yesterday after Fasting Friday. Got a lot of sleep and in ketosis with a 1.2 millimolar reading. Will fast until noon to hit 36 hours. UPDATE: Went to the dentist for a cleaning and hit the CVS Pharmacy on the way home. Despite the water loss of the past few days, I've been consistently constipated. I bought a bottle of magnesium citrate at CVS. Just drank it all with 3 additional cups of water. That should do the trick! UPDATE: Took a nice nap and then got up for dinner. Nailed my calorie goal at first but I also picked up some mixed nuts at CVS today so a half cup of them put me over! But under 20 net carbs today. My body is laughing off the 10 ounces of magnesium citrate so far. Weighed exactly the same as my waking weight at 9:30 pm.

whatever "water weight" means, I don't lose it if I am not on a calorie deficit, so, I take it 😊

Wow, now I have a raging jealousy over a 3.8 weight loss. Yeah I understand water weight blah blah blah but I saw how you handled the run up in weight before that that, but, you kept the faith and now you get a huge win :) Anyway... I plan to do my first 24hr fast ever in my life on Tuesday...
