I basically copied a coconut flour 90 second bread recipe from Headbangers Kitchen on YouTube. I replaced one of the tablespoons of coconut flour for two tablespoons of flax seed meal. I also added some seasonings. very simple and satisfied my craving for a sandwich.

There is also a simple bread recipe on KetoConnet.Net its I carb per slice and it looks great... haven't made it ..I think he uses almond flour in the recipe;)

you can swap out almond in recipes for coconut if you have nut allergies or need it less calories, but I find I like a mixture . I have headbanger recipe saved, I used it to make a zucchini version of it, and swapped out the almond for coconut. the flax the boys might like..they still need fiber and protein, so I might try this for them.

I’ve tried them all “90 second bread”. I think I prefer almond flour over coconut. But I feel coconut flour doesn’t stall me as almond flour does. I also like the flax with coconut flour cause coconut almond can be really dense.

*coconut flour alone can be really dense.

I don't care for coconut ~ no idea why; i just don't. Never tried almond flour, or any other healthy flour for that matter, but i love nuts, so maybe i would like it. I'd like to try the 90 second breads ~ of one kind or another. I've never really been much of a bread eater, except for when i eat a sandwich, and i use 100% whole wheat for that. I will occasionally have a piece of toast or two with breakfast, but more often i will have an English muffin. And i have never been one for eating bread with a meal, unless the meal IS a sandwich. I have been eyeing these home-made 90 second breads for awhile, though....

Good Morning. I just started the Keto and am fairly new to the concept. Any tips? meal plan?

Hello Sandragagliardino... It might be a good idea for you to start your own post so people will respond directly to you. Good luck. Many have had lots of success with the Keto.

That looks fabulous. Makes me hungry for bread. I've got to get the ingredients in the house and make some. Pre-keto, egg sandwich was my favorite breakfast. Thanks for sharing.
