Happy Friday, My Best Buddies!
I am feeling well today. My foot is cooperating with my gym workouts - I increased my time on the rowing machine and elliptical this morning, in addition to weight training, with my regular shoes. I wear the boot off and on when I feel it getting a little too much pressure on the toe.
Food is greatly improving - I am relieved to be closer to my preferred macros this past week. I am getting back on track and hope to see Idiot Box changes next week when I check.

Short Range Goals: * Macros 65%-70% fat, 20-25% protein, 10-15% carbs - better under 10%! * Back in the "Blue" on Idiot Boxes while retaining muscle - June? * Drink at least 12 - 14 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days * Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days * Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload
