Feeling pretty good today. Went to the doctor yesterday and even though I have only lost 4.6 pounds in the three weeks, by her scale I had lost 8. Probably due to my not eating much yesterday because I was hyper aware of the appointment and possibly different clothing. Anyway, she was happy with my loss either way and impressed with my printout showing how I have been tracking diligently. It shows my gradual and healthy weight loss since I started in January. My blood pressure is still down and in normal range, even with the expected rise that the meds can cause. Heart rate was good and she heard nothing abnormal. If I can lose another 10-12 pounds by Thanksgiving I will be thrilled. My current short term goal is to be in the 170's by Thanksgiving.
