Thanks, but apparently it wasn't enough to impress the Atkins All-Star Competition judges, even though I smoked the "winner" by over twenty pounds lost, in half the time at that.

Monday, maintenance on my mind, and really this whole weight loss/maintenance thing is predominately psychological. Forsaking things should be mandatory in your personal/religious/life philosophy, as it is in many religions. Can't seem to give up the problem foods? Do it anyway, for a day to start, it gets easier.

Congrats Phil....i have lost 50 lbs from 220 to 170 shirt size from xxx to L now...but in my minds eye i still see and think i am fat. When i look in a mirror i just don't know that guy. People also don't recognize me either....Christmas I will give all a present....a before and after pic of my self. And thanks to you i was able to put all this keto B.S. together to make sense for me. now only 9 months i am in maintenance only. Great way to lose weight and keep it off.
