Sorry to hear about your furry friend HCB. Love your goals, your progress while not as easily measurable as some, is still awesome...you've shown great consistancy, month after month, which in my opinion takes as much (or more) determination and perseverance than short term losses.

Interesting HCB, maybe my squirrel was beat up by a cat. I put water on him, and maybe he was Ok, because he left. He was falling all over, and I thought he was poisoned. Good luck on the workout.

Sorry about your little friend. We housed a baby quail last week that didn't make it either. I know it can seem frustrating at times, but know that you are an inspiration to so many!

I know you have big goals to achieve .. And you will.. The way I've done it is setting up short term goals .. When I started at 218 .. 9/21/15 I said .. First goal is to lose 5 lbs by this day ,. And that's how I went ..
