If weighing everyday works for you, it's what you should do. I weigh at least once a day, record it once a week. As you said it helps me to stay on track. But I have learned not to panic with short term fluctuations and when they can be expected to a degree.

Agree with Jmb! I do the same thing.

I'm weighing everyday, much to the dismay of one of my SILs. I am, however, considering only recording my weight on Thursday mornings after my present challenge ends. I will be recording for the challenge on Monday.

I weigh every day as well. Too much can happen the course of a week, where with daily weigh ins you can quickly institute damage control.

I weigh daily at times - and other times I stay off the scale. My focus is muscle building and losing body fat - the tape measure is king, and calipers that measure bodyfat.

I weigh myself everyday but log when my weight drops, usually every 3 days even though it only drops a speck. I'm just thrilled I'm not getting fatter!

I also weigh everyday. I feel it makes me aware of what my body is doing. It reminds me that you just can't reward yourself with food when you have a loss.
