It's Sunday and I'm back. Wow! I gained 9 lbs on my few days off! I'm sure some of it's water weight. I didn't take my Lasix since I wasn't sure of handy facilities, but a lot of that weight is quite real. It feels awful, knowing I have to work on the same lbs all over again!

OOPS, just go back on your plan, drink lots of water. It will fall off again.

Thanks, Nut. I plan to. It's just so discouraging that we have to work so hard to take it off and it's so easily gained back.

Welcome back! You are here and that's what is important. The weight will come off again. You know how to get it done. We are old pros at losing weight, it's keeping it off that's the hard part, eh?

It definitely is easy to gain it back, been there too many times to count. Tis why I'm working so hard to keep it off and get fitter.

I've done that so many times! That's why I'm now saying to myself 'no bad days!' Hope I can keep it up, and good luck to you in getting back on track!

I know how you feel as I think a lot of us have done this. Well, we both know a LOT of it is fluid weight. You will just have to get that off and then you will feel so much better. Work it girlfriend! I know you will do it.

Thanks all. We all know it's just a matter of reset. Being on FS means being mindful and making reset more probable. As so many of us say, "Onward!"

Sometimes life and weight can be a cha-cha; back on your normal routine should produce results for you. Look at how far you have already come on this journey! You inspire me to stay the course! Onward!

Hi Sazy. Thanks! Heidi and kclab, the problem is, I was down 70 lbs. At least I didn't gain it all back plus, as I would have in the old days, thanks to my FS buddies and tools. The problem is stress. I won't go into the issues. They are so many right now. I need to let go of so many things but there are children involved and it's just so hard, even though, technically, I have no responsibility. It's so hard to just sit back and watch disasters happen.

Hopefully the problems will work themselves out, Bonnie. We can't solve the problems, only the ones involved can. Perhaps some stress Yoga can help you through this. Try to relax and shake it off each day. Hugs!
