Greetings my Buddies!

I officially have the BEST Buddies on FS! The last thread was fantastic and informative! Thanks to everyone who commented. Rock On!

Lately, I am again experimenting to assess whether I can continue to lose while eating with an increase in calories and carbs - so far, no real loss this week; so I may have to go back down in carbs for continued movement to show on the "Idiot Box."

I managed to get my four workouts in this week and still am participating in the 90 Day "Burn the Fat, Build the Muscle" challenge at my gym. I am so happy to again be feeling well.

What is the ONE thing you can do this week to achieve your goal?

WOOT! Sounds like you are starting this week supercharged! I am up to 11 quarts of berries picked today and I am going out again as soon as I get fluids in me lest I eat every berry I pick. LOL

Increasing carbs can mask a weight loss. You retain about 4 grams of water for each gram of glycogen(stored glucose). Add them slowly and give it a little time. Good luck with the idiot box.

Excellent words of the week. The one thing I can do this week is to make sure I take the time to get in some exercise. No one will take care of me that is my job.

The one thing I can do to achieve my goals??? Be honest with myself...Think before I eat. before i take a bite of carbage ask myself.. do I really want to own this and log it and honestly answer myself... Keeps me on track... And I have to agree here.. You are a great buddy and your post really help me to meet that goal of staying honest with myself ... thanks for being you! and being here for all of us.. its buddies like you that keep me going when Im feeling down ...
