I officially have the BEST Buddies on FS! The last thread was fantastic and informative! Thanks to everyone who commented. Rock On!
Lately, I am again experimenting to assess whether I can continue to lose while eating with an increase in calories and carbs - so far, no real loss this week; so I may have to go back down in carbs for continued movement to show on the "Idiot Box."
I managed to get my four workouts in this week and still am participating in the 90 Day "Burn the Fat, Build the Muscle" challenge at my gym. I am so happy to again be feeling well.
What is the ONE thing you can do this week to achieve your goal?
