:) Calipers put me under 13% body fat today. Beat that - average college student. Us old guys are no slouches.

So my son and his dog came to visit. Tika is more submissive toward me than any dog I have ever had. That's not to say she's submissive.

175.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
