Some fruits are good - blueberries, raspberries? A handful of almonds? You can buy them in pre-measured packets with chocolate dusted over them...yummy!

blackberries with whip cream? A fatbomb?

A small apple is what I choose as my snack almost every day. Today I wanted a change, so I had 1/2 cup unsweetened blackberries that were in the freezer and defrosted for 30 seconds in the microwave. :)

I vote for coffee (black) and an apple

When I am in the mood for potato chips, I usually have tostitos multi grain with salsa! I don't do this a lot , but it definitely helps get my chip fix :)

Plain(ish) popcorn.

I have crackers and cheese. Or lately, since I'm not eating carbs, I'll put cream cheese on a cucumber slice or I'll have tuna fish rolled up in lettuce. I know those both use vegetables but they both add a brilliant crunch and its not the main focus. Usually cheese or meats mask over the "vegatable"-ness of them. But if crackers aren't out of the question totally add some meat or cheese to it. It's filling and healthy.

You should try Yasso Greek frozen yogurt bars. The strawberry flavor only has 80 calories. Also, sugar free jello.

Chocolate cake donuts. My answer is to eat them the 2 days a week I'm out with DH and no sweets otherwise. I usually do a lower calorie day the day after. I'm trying not to be too strict with the food or maintenance will never happen. Will that slow my loss? Probably. But when the winter weather hit and I couldn't exercise and food was iffy from not being able to get to the store, I realized that I had started to feel deprived. Fastest way to binge eating. So I treat myself to the donuts twice a week and a sausage mcmuffin with egg on Sundays (I plan for Sunday's in my calorie log). Now I don't feel deprived but I'm still losing.

Look up fat bombs! There is a chocolate fat bomb that is great. It almost tastes like a chocolate ice cream desert. But its full of good fats and its rich/filing. Have 1 or 2 and that should help the cravings that you have for junk like Nutella

also the fatbombs are low carb if you make it with low carb sweetener

Oh heavens, where do I even start...probably with a thick piece of homemade bread spread with strawberry jam and ending with Ben & Jerry's cookie dough ice cream. But I had a tuna sandwich and some pretzels. :) Awesome on the walking! Can't wait for the weather to break here and do the same. I am definitely a "fair weather walker".

I think sometimes it's the crunch thing. I have discovered a cassava hard bread, it's both Caribbean and north African from what I've been told in stores. I found it in an African store and there is an international grocery that is geared toward Latin America near work that has it. It has no salt so I do add a touch. Top with cheese, hummus, satisfies the crunch munchies with no preservatives, chemicals, and for those of you gluten free, no gluten. It keeps forever-like 12 months- so easy to buy a package and keep in the cupboard for those days I'm really hunting crunchy. Also toasted garbanzo beans -- actually most any kind of bean are yummy good for you snacks. Easy to make and season however you wish. Eat lots of foods with tons of flavor.

My Favourite snacks...salty: Life bake, grain-free toast with cream cheese (carbs 0.6g per slice) and sweet snack: Caring Candies Dairy-free Chocolate (carbs 0) I enjoy this completely guilt free…We regularly visit banting Markets for these products.

Grab something salty or fatty. I find even a square of super dark chocolate can really hit the spot when I'm craving.

I like to have sugar free pudding mix in the house so that in the evening if I really want chocolate or something I make some pudding. The kids enjoy it and we have a family dessert without too many calories. We also buy the fiber one 90 calorie brownies or bars just for those times you need chocolate. For salty I have 100 calorie bags of microwave popcorn, salty I don't crave as much. One thing I keep around for my sweets cravings in the afternoon is greek yogurt and fruit. It seems like if I eat the yogurt alone I don't get satisfied, but adding a few strawberries or something makes it more filling and more sweet. I could eat nutella out of the jar so I don't buy it. Good luck to you!!

I love really cheesecake, but I just decide on having a cup of coffee too with 1 sweetner and I take 2 tbsp. of 1/2 +1/2 and put in the frother when finished I add the froth to my coffee, now its not cheesecake, but it kind of seems like a dessert with the frothy half and half on top:)

Special K sour cream & onion "cracker crisps"(?) I think that's what they're called. When I want to munch, I like chips too and these seem to work.... even eating half a serving works.
