Me... I'm just me. I don't judge others. I do judge myself, though. I dislike my size and shape right now. Want to try (AGAIN) to do something about it. I want my health, energy, positive body image and self respect back.
Some stress points have been resolved. Thyroid will forever haunt me. Pre-hypertension. Focusing on not letting these negatives hold me back. I appreciate encouragement and need it.
