Back in bussiness

Today is day one of my weightloss-journey

All steps to greatness are made with a single step, and this will be my first. There will be no maybe, no but, no excuses! Today i'm gonna:

- stay at 1500 kcal. NO MATTER WHAT!
- no chocolate, no chips, no cheese! (my three nemesis)
- exercise for one hour at the gym.
- depending on weather do garden or house-work for one hour.

Tomorrow i will feel great about having done that. I will look in the mirror and i will already see change. I will fit my tight pants better, and i will be looking for new clothes. (Tomorrow being somewhere in the future)

Maud, am with you, supporting your new start back. My calories are lower and I'm back to the gym tomorrow. My exercise will be mowing the grass after work and some house work while listening to the world series first game tonight. I will also have some cheese as it's my protein in my lunch today.

I with you Maud. One day at a time X however many days it takes = a successful journey.

You don't have to avoid your favorite foods completely, just eat them in moderation. You can fit in some cheese or chocolate in your 1500 calorie days. That's what I do and I eat chips once a week.

I'm with you!! I have had a tiny bit of chocolate and some cheese this past week, and still feel like I stayed on track. I started 1 wk ago and am right there with you! You can do this!!

I'm with you!! I've been getting lazy on the food discipline and have started a nasty trend of my snacks outnumbering (in a bad way) my actual meal portions. I Going to STOP ending my day on a snack binge! And I am going to my cardio hip hop class tonight.

If you have a craving for chips try Popchips, 1 serving bag = 100cals. Helps with the chip cravings without a lot of guilt and they don't taste to bad either!
