DAY 2
Yesterday was an almost perfect day. Ate 1500 kcal, went to the gym and had a good work out. with lots of energy and power. A friend of mine came over and we had a little joint together, but i fought against the binge-trip it gives you, and i won. (Gotto love Holland where you can buy these things in the store 24/7)
Today i was planning on spinning, but i woke up too late (how can that be?) so i plan to go to the gym later today for a little cardio. No weather to go outside. Also plan for today is to eat 1500 kcals (still on track for that)
Tomorrow (or somewhere in the future) I will weight myself, and look surpised at the scale rewarding me for all this hard work, and the mirror will show me a shredded tummy with nice tight glinstening abs.
