I guess the doctors scale was right. Embarrassed about the huge gain, but it is my own fault, and the only thing I can do is get back up and keep pushing forward. I hope that you all have a great weekend.

189.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's frustrating to see a gain but don't let it stop you, you can take it off and then more.
