SherrieC's Journal, 15 October 2014

Good morning All, I would like to thank you all for all of your great comments yesterday. This morning I went to the doctor and there scale said that I weighed 190, and the gym scale had said 186 (this is the scale I use all the time). After eating as much crap as I did yesterday it may be a correct amount, but I don't think so. Nothing is going to slow me down as I get to my mini goal !!! I hope that everyone has a great day.

If the scale you use to record your weight all the time says 186 then 186 it is, go with it. :) You're doing good.

I have my scale at home, I weigh once a week. And I go to my check ups once a month. So I always go with my home scale. On Monday mine said 217.6, and then at the doctor's office theirs said 218.2. Of course at home I make sure to take off all my clothes before I step on the scale. They frown upon that at the doctor's.
