Lol pizza has more power than you know 😈😈😈 totally worth the .5 gain though 😈

I missed it I guess but 1/2 gain doesn’t sound so bad to me. Once you go to the bathroom and lose some water that 1/2# will be gone ;).

Omg nvm I read through some of those comments haha. So very little willpower is seeing a picture of your Pizza sabatoges their diet! How do they ever watch tv or listen to the radio?? I have 0 willpower around pizza so I’ve learned not to check the app when I’m near any restaurants around a meal time. And man, that 1/4 of the Pizza was less than I ate a year ago! I’m still stingy with my pizza. The family can have 2-3 of their own and I get my own. Hubby usually gets one and kids get one to share and sometimes we get one for leftovers. Nobody touches mine! 8 slices all to myself now and I spread that over 4-7 days. 2-3 the first meal then 1-2 every day or so. That way I can balance it out with a few healthier meals between. Pizza candy bars and cookies are the things I can’t do in moderation lol. Know thy weaknesses and adjust accordingly:D.

Chris we weren't talking about you sabotaging you.... you do whatever you want. We were talking about you sabotaging the community and people on here!! Your self-centredness is really incredible lol You know full well people are struggling to keep to healthy diets and you post a dirty filthy 4k calorie pizza on here when people are trying to inspire each other... you're just darn selfish and inconsiderate. You want to pump your arteries with that muck go ahead.. we just don't want to see it. Plus you saying "no damage" to all that binging... is incredibly naive and also just misinformation for all those with weight on commenting on your pizza post. Your actions are not without consequences for your health. All the best x

I’m with you Chris, I been at my goal for two years now, I maintain my weight with frequent binges, I stick to a extreme regiment in between binges and it balances itself out to where I stay where I want to be, I have found that watching numbers drop on the scale can be addictive and I’ve seen people go too far the other way , when it comes to losing weight that they are jeopardizing their health , life has to have some variety if it’s gonna be worth living. Some people need to lighten up, temptation is everywhere, suck it up and deal with it , there are pictures of food everywhere. It’s not like Chris knocked on your door and left a large pepperoni on your porch.

willeeyum You seem to miss my entire point. Looking for validation for binge eating is not what this forum is about. Its about adopting a healthy lifestyle and supporting each other in that change. Having a treat now and again as part of a healthy lifestyle is something completely different. Hope you can understand the difference? Its not even about the temptation its about Chris advocating his bingeing - an exceptionally poor health option. Btw if anyone wants to binge like that that's totally down to them its just delusional to think its healthy. I hope my point is clear.

Oh no a silly picture or comment cannot sabotage me😋 Keep posting on ur profile more of them 🍕 n all the goodies u eat 🤤

people with no self control always want to always blame someone/something other than themselves. Been there, done that. It’s you, u binge cause of u (period)

There’s a difference between binge eating constantly, which yes indeed can and do les lead to eating disorders, health issues etc. or & an occasional “binge” as in, once maybe every 6 months for a single day. But even then it’s pending on context and the individual. Ever see those (admittedly stupid) “10,000 calorie challenges”?, several people who’ve done those in a single days worth of eating are already fit, did it sabotage their health to any detrimental effect? No. Is it something anyone should do? No. Then again, if the entire amount of food be it 10,000 cals in a single day or 10,000 spread out over 7 days (or whatever), what’s the difference? The context of the food and it’s consequences or lack thereof on the individual. If someone already overweight & has pre-existing/current health issues and eats tons of food already not “good” for them which is adding to health problems, be it a single day or several, that’s not smart, if it’s continuously happening & causing more & more issues. But! take those same foods and give them to a “healthy” individual, that changes context, so what’s “bad” for the overweight person may not necessarily do anything harmful for the healthy person, regardless if the same foods are consumed in a single day or over the course of several. for example ME, I’ve eaten an entire pizza & more foods that are considered “bad/binging” & have no detrimental long or short term health issues! Again, it’s all pending context. As for the pizza, that amount of calories could have easily came from a large Thanksgiving meal, family BBQ, eating at a buffet. Or, the entire amount of whatever is added up from the macros of the whole pizza to equal 4000 calories (or whatever) & if it’s eaten in one day or over the course of 7. The outcome will be the same. Pending context. So, if the whole pizza is consumed in a day and at the end of the week the person loses weight, or consumed over the course of 7 days (or any infinite combination of foods equaling the same macros as the pizza) & still allowing the person to lose fat by the end of a week. Then what difference does that make as long as they’re moving forward and losing fat/getting healthier?.... the answer, is no difference with all else being equal.

Ooh, nice bike! We just got our first Goldwing! The hubs was surprised how well it handles the curves. He's had many different bikes over the years but has come to understand why the Goldwing and st1300 has such a loyal following. I have a little 250 Rebel that I'm hoping to upgrade soon. I prefer to ride with the hubs on longer rides and group rides, so the Goldwing's level of comfort has been great!

What is the big deal with treating yourself to a pizza every once in a while. I find this entire thing strange. Good for you Chrissw77!!! I plan on eating a big bowl of Crème Brulee when the time is right.
