Hi! I'm a single mom with 3 kids living with my parents after hurricane Irma. I have been struggling to lose weight for so so long. But I'm done with this BS I am going to get down to 140 (a normal bmi) if it is the last damn thing I do! My life may be a mess I can't clean up but I will take control over my weight loss!! I will not be addicted to food anymore! And I will not let my weight hold me back from being there for my kids; doing the things I love; the things that make me happy! I am currently doing SKD and intermittent fasting, but started off doing lower carb and higher protein (with lots of cheating).
