Holy cow! I had forgotten what it felt like to go into the keto-fog! I'm sitting at my desk a few hours ago and broke into a mild sweat... I freaked for a bit until about 15 minutes later when I started feeling like I had a quick dose of vicodin.
Within about an hour, I became "loopy" and felt all weird-dizzy. I don't mind - it's tollerable, but just surprised!
Lost 3 pounds in 1 day while eating a 2000 calorie diet, so it's a welcome side-effect!

Starting P90X training Monday with the ol' Low-Carb/Keto diet (
6:3:1 ratio of Fat:Protein:Carb
)
Most of the energy will be from fat with 1g/pound of of body weight in protein (165lbs = 165g +/- per day of protein) to expedite muscle repair and take the edge off recovery times/pain.

Haven't logged my status for awhile. Just checking in.
Weight has stabilized, but very slowly declining for the past few months.
Haven't changed the diet much at all. Down 20 pounds since beginning in April though!
