Broke the fast after 47 hrs 2 min not because I was starving, rather I started obsessing about eating food two hours prior on my commute home.

My refeed meal was awesome, logged and now moving on to a fast just as long or greater to strengthen my fasting muscle.

Good night and today is my 8th day of logging every bite.

I'm back.

Good job! ALL fasts are successful. 47 hours is a lot! In my opinion fasts are 100% a mental game. Psyche yourself up mentally and then set a date. Then do the best you can. But, never, ever feel you 'failed'. With all that said, when I am in the middle of a fast and I am breaking down mentally, a 5k run WILL kill it, period. I have one more day. I plan to refeed with ribs tomorrow night. Kinda obsessing right now... :)

Thanks all. Getting more increased movements with neck. The pain had decreased substantially however I will cautiously move forward with my recovery and my 2nd chiro visit for the week is today
