Good morning FS family. After looking at the scale this morning, there is no question in my mind about continuing my fasting and controlled re-feed experiment. I think will eat my break"fast" Friday night, or Saturday morning. Let's go!

Great point Mini. Fasting boosts hgh and I take full advantage of that by lifting heavy things often.

You continue to find your own was Chesgreen. We are here to cheer you on. Also, @MillaLite turned me on to buying a glucometer . The best thing ever for being able to measure how what we eat affects us (and for how long), how our exercise causes our blood sugar to fall (but from what point to what point).

@Fatboy199 - I work in Beantown but I live almost 90 miles away and commute M - F like a champ #GRINDTIME. @lolalithium, the picture is a screenshot from my weightgurus app for my weightgurus BodyFat scale I bought from Amzn a few months back. @adefwebserver, I almost bought glucometer, but I use scale feedback and the purple color on the pee stick as my guide. Thanks @amandakane1. Sorry I failed at your most recent 3 day fasting challenge. The challenge however did get my fasting muscle active again I believe I am currently on track for another 47 hr back to back fast this week alone. Thanks again.
