Thanks, Gary, Amanda, Turnip, CB, Taurie, Poppy & Mike. I am still pinching myself asking "did I actually run for this length of time non stop?" I may not have been able to hold a conversation during this event, however I didn't feel any aches and pains and my breathing was solid during the run two steps inhale two steps exhale and every few minutes full inhale to get more air in my lungs(I thought I was an athelete...ha!) I am proud. Hopefully this can offset tonight's Thirsty Thursdays @ my buddy's condo around 7:15 PM.

I would get a wine glass twice as big, then say I had just 1 glass of merlot! Good job on the running. I used to run and it kept me in shape in my late 40's.

Thanks HCBm T8u9, Sarah, thsiun & Fritzy22. 9.3 miles total distance for running in 4 weeks is pathetic but this is what happens when you choose to drink wine instead of go for a evening run (somehow I connected the dots between 7:30 PM and 4 AM this morning) not bad for 46. I will get better!

I'm just impressed with the idea of running at 4am! I couldn't sleep and was awake at 3:30 but any kind of exercise was the last thing on my mind.

Thanks kmking, Bill, Steven, Corakin & Perks54. I even thought of ending the day with another 5k instead of going out for my normal Thirsty Thursdays but that was an absurd thought and I would have to recalculate my food log for the day. TOO much work. Besides, if I injure myself from going hard like this I may get depressed and turn back to junk food to heal my soul.
