Wish I would have taken before pics! I look so much thinner in this mirror than I did just a few weeks ago! And I just completed my elliptical mile in 17 minutes and 55 seconds lol fastest ever!

Thanks guys! I’m feeling great too! Really happy with my results with IF. I’m going to cycle through 16:8 and 20:4 through the week. I searched through all my photos and I hadn’t taken a selfie for at least 2 months before starting my diet 10 weeks ago 🙄😒
