following: Weight Watchers
i lost 170 lbs on weight watchers. which was life changing. but then i sort of lost my focus and gained back 80 lbs. was working more, eating more, exercising less. i lost about 25 lbs on atkins but it wasn't for me as i got extremely constipated on it. i need to have some carbs and a lot more fiber, roughage etc. than i was able to get on atkins. plus my cholesterol was too high on atkins. so i was going to sign up for weight watchers, but since i've been going to meetings for years while i lost the 170 i'm pretty much tired of going to meetings. i was going to sign up for on line ww but i remember i did that once before and i wasn't all that happy with it. then i remembered fat secret. i like the interface on fs much better than the one i had to pay for w/ ww. so here we go!
first 10% goal = 196 (22 lbs lost from start weight of 218)
reward that does not include food!! hmmmm a massage! ( i love massages)
second 10% goal = 176 (20 lbs lost from weight of 196) = splurge clothes shopping at the mall or store of my choice
3rd 10% goal = 158 (18 lbs from weight of 176) = ???? a trip somewhere i've never been and want to go.
158 is below my original weight watchers goal of 160 many years ago. if i get this low i'd be thrilled. i suppose my ideal weight is around 145 but i would take 158 in a heart beat or really even 180 but since i'm dreaming.....let's dream big lol
