performance: losing 7.8 lb a week

i lost 170 lbs on weight watchers. which was life changing. but then i sort of lost my focus and gained back 80 lbs. was working more, eating more, exercising less. i lost about 25 lbs on atkins but it wasn't for me as i got extremely constipated on it. i need to have some carbs and a lot more fiber, roughage etc. than i was able to get on atkins. plus my cholesterol was too high on atkins. so i was going to sign up for weight watchers, but since i've been going to meetings for years while i lost the 170 i'm pretty much tired of going to meetings. i was going to sign up for on line ww but i remember i did that once before and i wasn't all that happy with it. then i remembered fat secret. i like the interface on fs much better than the one i had to pay for w/ ww. so here we go!

yesterday's nutritional breakdown of food's seems to have gone south.shows 0% protein and fat/carb ratios completely wrong too, i'm referring to the pie chart which appears at the bottom of one's nutrition summary. anyone else notice that? today seems ok
