Hi FS again! Been a member for a while and did really well the first time, many years ago! Got within 5 lbs of my goal, but like always, I cannot maintain. I've lost and found the same 40-50 lbs many times over.
Someone at work said, try Keto. After reading and researching, I decided to give it a try! Down 10 lbs. in the first three weeks! Ok, not bad! I must admit, the first two weeks were really rough but I stuck it out! My concern is my cholesterol. Having my labs drawn soon to see what my baseline is. Both parents had diabetes, heart disease. They are both gone now.
Must get healthily for me and my family, husband and two grown sons! I want to be around to see any future grand babies! =)
