Roasted Broccoli

Broccoli and garlic roasted with red pepper.



  1. Wash and dry broccoli, cut pepper and garlic.
  2. Melt coconut oil.
  3. Place all on roasting pan, pour oil over, salt and pepper to taste, mix and roast 425 °F (220 °C) oven for 25 minutes.
