A satisfying dish with low sugar content.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook quinoa as per package instructions. Let cool.
  2. Slice vegetables into small 1/4” pieces.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Let sit overnight in fridge or until cold.
