Use lean 93/7 hamburger mince.

Directions

  1. Combine catsup, mustard, and honey for topping and set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and put into a small loaf pan.
  3. Spread topping on meatloaf.
  4. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 1 hour.
