Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry

Healthy version of a classic.



  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
  2. Add chicken and ginger. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar.
  4. Add broccoli and enough water to keep food from sticking (2-3 tablespoons). Cover pan and steam about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice.
