Ziti with Chicken and Asparagus
A pasta dish for lunch or dinner.

Directions
- Heat oil in a medium skillet. Stir fry asparagus and scallions for 2 minutes. Add chicken and sprinkle with half of thyme. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and simmer over low heat until cooked through.
- Cook ziti according to package instructions.
- Toss the chicken mixture, ziti, lemon juice, and remaining thyme.
- Serve with shaved parmesan cheese.
