Ziti with Chicken and Asparagus

A pasta dish for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet. Stir fry asparagus and scallions for 2 minutes. Add chicken and sprinkle with half of thyme. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and simmer over low heat until cooked through.
  2. Cook ziti according to package instructions.
  3. Toss the chicken mixture, ziti, lemon juice, and remaining thyme.
  4. Serve with shaved parmesan cheese.
