I would like to make this cheesecake. I have never baked one before so could someone tell me how to bake it and in what kind of pan? I am getting mixed answers when i google "how to bake a cheesecake". Thank you!

I thought this is a pretty good dessert to have to take the "sweet" edge off. Easy to make. My center was a little runny too, but the next time I will leave it longer in the oven! Thanks!

I haven't had any problems making this exactly as I have it up there. But not every oven works the same way. Try decreasing the water in the pan. rixer21 - This dessert was developed for people on Atkins. We don't count fat. :)
