A low calorie, low fat cream of broccoli soup.

Directions
- Let milk warm to room temperature.
- Heat oil on medium heat in a large pot. Sauté onion, garlic, and celery until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Add potato and broccoli. Then add broth and milk.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- If you prefer a smoother soup, process slightly cooled soup in batches in a food processor.

This recipe seems too carby, and might be used on the Maintenance level, of Atkins, but not OWL.

As I'm a vegetarian, would have to susstitute chicken stock with bouillon or thin vegetable gravy.
