Turkey Bacon and Broccoli Egg Cups

Diced turkey bacon and broccoli egg cups, seasoned, and topped with shredded cheese.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray muffin tin with olive oil.
  3. Mix ingredients, except cheese, in a bowl.
  4. Pour mixture into muffin tin, filling approximately 3/4 cup full and top with 1/8 cup shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, check center with butter knife to ensure fully cooked.
