Broccoli Salad with Sunflower Seeds and Raisins

A low fat vegetable salad.

Directions

  1. Combine broccoli, onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds in a medium bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt, orange juice, and mayonnaise until blended.
  3. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat.

This is a great salad that keeps you away from bacon . I have also made it with mandarin oranges instead of raisins. It was great so you can use whatever dry or other fruit you like.
