Almond Ricotta Creme

Sweetened ricotta and almonds makes for the perfect dessert or perhaps breakfast.

Directions

  1. Toast sliced almonds on 350 °F (175 °C) for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Mix ricotta cheese, Splenda and almond extract.
  3. Add the toasted nuts and serve.
